My short blog is something you might want to read if you’ll need competent health care some day. It’s a blog that tells of my experience as a patient and as a nurse anesthetist. My fatal flaw of my career was correcting a very consequential and widespread error concerning the way MDs treated patients’ airways. A disease that afflicts millions of patients in a detrimental way. It was a very costly error for patients and their families as well as society. I’m not boasting about that error but my story would not make sense if I hadn’t corrected it. The good news is that the disease can be fixed. But is it? If you bring it up at your next visit, you can watch your MD squirm. So click on the date and become an informed patient.
